Patricia Fraser, M.A., RP (Q)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Patricia Fraser is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She brings a rich blend of lived and professional experience to her work and offers therapy in both English and Spanish.

Patricia’s personal experiences and professional background shape a compassionate, grounded approach to supporting individuals struggling with their relationships, trying to find a work-life balance, navigating complex grief, trauma, depression, and anxiety. She has pursued additional training in trauma therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She is also a certified grief coach and retired police officer who saw first hand the long-term effects of untreated mental health. She thoughtfully integrates past professional experiences and many therapeutic modalities to foster healing and resilience.

Beyond her clinical work, Patricia is deeply committed to advocacy and volunteerism, serving on numerous groups and advisory boards across Canada. She has worked with survivors of domestic violence and sex trafficking in most provinces. She is a mother of six and brings personal experience raising a child with special needs, providing her with valuable insight into advocacy, caregiving, and navigating complex systems.

Patricia’s professional journey reflects a strong dedication to supporting and empowering others during life’s most challenging moments. She looks forward to working with adults, couples, and parents.
